Working with ARAG Members in Florida
We Roll Out the Red Carpet for ARAG Members
As an ARAG member in Florida you’re entitled to Mastry Law’s estate planning services either free of charge or at a discounted rate. And you’ll get the same white glove treatment that every one of our client’s receives.
When you choose Mastry Law to take care of your estate planning needs here’s what you can expect …
We’ll start with a short telephone call, during which we’ll gather your contact information and ARAG Case Assist Confirmation Number, and we’ll set a time for you to come in to our office for your initial complementary meeting, which we refer to as your Estate Planning Strategy Session.
Then, we’ll mail you a copy of our Estate Planning Worksheet along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope for you to return your completed worksheet to us a few days ahead of your Estate Planning Strategy Session. (This saves us from having to collect and discuss basic information about your family and your assets during out Strategy Session, which allows us to make the most of our time together.)
When you arrive at our office for your Estate Planning Strategy Session, our staff will be ready to greet you in our own special way and welcome you into our office to provide you with the friendly, individualized service that sets our firm apart from all others.
We’ll make sure that we stick to our “5 Minutes or Less” waiting room policy, and make sure that you’re sitting with your attorney right away. We respect your time and know how valuable it is so we make every effort to see that you are sitting with your attorney and taking care of business within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time. We see this as the foundation for providing you with the respect and appreciation that all of our clients deserve.
During your Estate Planning Strategy Session, you’ll consult with your estate planning attorney for up to an hour. This will allow you to get to know us and it gives your attorney the opportunity to learn about you, your family, your needs and your estate planning goals.
With this foundation, we’ll make estate planning recommendations that meet your goals.
Then we’ll design your customized estate plan, discuss the details, and answer any remaining questions that you may have.
Lastly, we’ll schedule a second appointment at a time that’s convenient for you to return to our office for your Estate Plan Signing Session where you’ll sign all of your documents and put your individualized estate plan into action.
It usually takes us about two weeks to draft all of your estate planning documents and make sure that all the “t’s” are crossed and all of the “i’s” are dotted.
When you return to our office for your Estate Plan Signing Session, you’ll be shown to our conference room where we’ll have fresh flowers and refreshments available to help celebrate the occasion.
During your Estate Plan Signing Session your documents we’ll do a final review of your estate planning documents and your attorney will answer any remaining questions that you may have.
Next, we’ll bring the necessary witnesses and a Notary Public into the conference room and we’ll sign and properly execute all of your estate planning documents.
Then, we’ll scan all of your signed documents into our computer systems so that we can maintain complete copies of your estate plan.
Finally, we’ll present you with all of your original documents, neatly organized in a high-quality, padded and tabbed, Estate Planning Portfolio.
But that’s not where our journey ends because, at Mastry Law, we’re not in the business of only creating legal documents – we’re in the business of creating trusting, long-term relationships with our clients. As a Mastry Law client you should feel free to contact us at any time and for any reason. We don’t charge hourly fees so you’ll never be charged for calling to ask questions. In fact, we encourage you to continue to reach out to us for all of your legal needs, even if they have nothing to do with estate planning (we maintain a referral network of some of the most incredible and diverse attorneys in the Tampa Bay area, so we can always help you get your questions answered).
We encourage you to have a look around at all of the other local attorneys in the ARAG network to see what they have to offer. We feel confident that, after you review their websites and speak with them about the services that they provide to ARAG members, you’ll choose Mastry Law as your estate planning partner.
